Description: Garri Ijebu is produced by the Yoruba people of Nigeria. It is a dry cereal with sour taste made from cassava tubers. The tubers are fermented to remove the cyanide level and give it a sour taste.
Sedafriq Garri Ijebu is well fried to crunchy and has no sand which makes it refreshing to snack on by simply adding cold water with peanut, kulikuli etc.
Sedafriq Garri Ijebu can also be made as a swallow food (Eba).
